Prince William and Miss Catherine Middleton are set to be married at Westminster Abbey on Friday 29th April 2011.
Westminster Abbey is an ideal place for the couple to get married due to the abbeys royal history. The abbey has already hosted the Queen and Queen Mother weddings and the funeral of Princess Diana.
According to BBC News “the couple chose the Abbey for it staggering beauty, 1,000-year royal history and its feeling of intimacy despite its size.”
